Job Summary:
Secur0d Solutions is seeking a seasoned Security Manager to oversee, coordinate, and enhance all security operations at a designated site or group of client locations. This leadership role involves managing personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving performance, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all security operations, including scheduling, supervision, and compliance

• Develop and implement security strategies, post orders, and emergency response plans

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of security staff

• Ensure all officers maintain valid Florida Class D and Class G licenses (if armed)

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to security protocols

• Monitor incident reporting and conduct investigations as needed

• Serve as the main liaison between Secur0d Solutions, the client, and public safety agencies

• Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, and staff evaluations

• Coordinate with upper management to align security operations with business goals

• Maintain readiness for emergencies and high-risk scenarios

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Valid Florida Class D License

• Valid Florida Class G License preferred (required for armed sites)

• 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in security, law enforcement, or military

• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills

• Proficient in report writing, scheduling, and use of security management software

• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred)

• Clean background check and drug screening

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call availability

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR/First Aid/AED certification

• Knowledge of security technology (access control, surveillance, alarm systems)

• Experience managing large teams or multi-site operations

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

• College education
