Job Summary:
Secur0d Solutions is hiring a Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a designated client location. This role ensures all personnel are performing effectively, policies are being followed, and the client site remains secure and compliant with state regulations. The Site Supervisor serves as the key point of contact between Secur0d, the client, and onsite staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the security team at the assigned site

• Provide leadership, direction, and training to security officers

• Ensure proper staffing levels, manage schedules, and coordinate shift coverage

• Conduct inspections, patrols, and audits to ensure officer performance and site safety

• Act as a liaison between the client and Secur0d Solutions leadership

• Respond to incidents and emergencies, complete detailed reports, and initiate appropriate follow-up

• Enforce all site-specific post orders, company policies, and Florida state security regulations

• Mentor new officers and support continuous team development

• Monitor surveillance equipment and access control systems as needed

• Maintain professional appearance and behavior as a representative of Secur0d Solutions

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Valid Florida Class D License (Security Officer)

• Valid Florida Class G License preferred for armed posts

• High school diploma or GED

• Prior supervisory experience in a security, military, or law enforcement setting

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to handle incidents calmly and effectively

• Clean background check and drug screening

• Professional demeanor and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR/First Aid/AED certified

• Experience with digital reporting tools and scheduling systems

• Knowledge of surveillance systems, access control, and emergency response plans

• Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English)

• College education
