Job Summary:
Secur0d Solutions is looking for an experienced and analytical Threat Assessor to evaluate potential threats to clients, assets, facilities, and operations. This role involves conducting comprehensive risk assessments, analyzing behavioral and environmental indicators, and producing detailed reports and actionable recommendations. Ideal candidates bring a background in intelligence, law enforcement, military, or high-level corporate security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site and remote threat and vulnerability assessments for clients across various sectors

• Evaluate physical, operational, and digital security measures and identify potential gaps

• Analyze intelligence reports, incident trends, and environmental or situational threats

• Collaborate with executive protection teams, site supervisors, or corporate leadership to develop mitigation strategies

• Assess threats related to persons of interest (POIs), social media indicators, workplace violence risks, or targeted harassment

• Deliver clear, comprehensive reports with prioritized recommendations

• Stay up to date on local and national threat trends, security technologies, and best practices

• Assist in emergency preparedness planning and high-risk event assessments

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all assessments

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Valid Florida Class D license (Class G preferred for armed roles)

• 3–5 years of experience in law enforcement, military intelligence, corporate security, or threat assessment

• Strong understanding of risk analysis methodologies, threat matrix models, and situational awareness

• Excellent report writing, critical thinking, and communication skills

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in threat assessment, behavioral analysis, or emergency management (e.g., ATAP, SIRA, ASIS certifications)

• Experience conducting security audits or workplace violence risk evaluations

• Familiarity with OSINT tools, red teaming practices, or intelligence-gathering techniques

• Prior executive protection or investigative background

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

• College education
