Job Summary:
Secur0d Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and certified Medical Instructor to lead training courses in CPR, First Aid, AED, and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) for security professionals and corporate clients. This role requires someone who is passionate about lifesaving education and capable of teaching in both classroom and hands-on environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct CPR/AED, First Aid, and trauma response training courses to security officers and clients

• Ensure instruction aligns with AHA, Red Cross, or other nationally recognized guidelines

• Deliver high-quality, engaging, and scenario-based learning experiences

• Maintain accurate student records, certifications, and training documentation

• Assist in the development of medical training materials and course improvements

• Evaluate student proficiency and provide clear feedback and guidance

• Monitor and manage training equipment, manikins, and medical supplies

• Promote a safety-first culture and emphasize the importance of medical preparedness

• Remain current on evolving emergency response protocols and certification standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Certified as a CPR/AED and First Aid Instructor through the American Heart Association (AHA), Red Cross, EMSA, or similar organization

• Experience providing emergency medical instruction or field medical training

• Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and teaching aptitude

• Clean background check and drug screening

• High school diploma or GED required (EMT, Paramedic, or military medical background preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified to teach Stop the Bleed, TECC, or TCCC

• EMT-B, EMT-P, Combat Medic, or similar medical field experience

• Experience training armed professionals or high-risk personnel

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

• College education
